Can I cancel my membership subscription and get a refund?
Once your subscription is active, refunds are not accepted. However, if you are unable to use the service due to force majeure reasons (such as serious illness or disability), please contact support@easygym.top to apply for a refund. We will review your request as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the class start time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the “My Bookings” section.
Can I get a refund for personal training sessions?
No. Once you confirm and pay for a session with a personal trainer, they will carefully prepare a customized plan for you. We respect their time and expertise, so refunds are not available.
Will your gym take my money and disappear?
Of course not! We don’t even have a physical gym—this is just my final year project, hahaha! 🤣 (But don’t worry, our system is 100% legit!)
